Custom-language Translator?

I'm trying to make a translator for a language I created, and I can't figure out how to do it. I want it in a normal text area or form, and when the user clicks the submit / translate button, the word(s) is / are translated into the corresponding translations.



PHP5, and Perl / CGI-BIN are available, but I only have some experience with PHP (and HTML, CSS...), and I can't figure out an easy way of doing this.

you can use the Google translate API

the complete code can be written in JavaScript.

no other languages needed.
