Where can I find a language translator for browsing the internet?

I want to be able to translate foreign languages while I surf the web.Where can I find a language translator for browsing the internet?
Google has a really nice translate tool on their search page it self. The following steps will help you...



1. Go to www.google.com

2. Next to the search bar...you will notice a few options such as advanced preferences and language tools. Click on the langugage tools.

3. Now you will be on another page...where you can paste in a paragraph that you want translated..OR...copy the web link of the site that you want to translate and paste it in the "translate a web page" box...and that should translate the whole web page for you.
