I am looking for a language translator.?

I am looking for a good language translator. Turkish - English or Enlish - Turkish... I know most programs have like 50 languages, but I am over here in Iraq with no credit card or way of paying for this so a free one online would be nice. If you dont know of a place to get one, maybe a Turkish Dictionary.... Please help me out this is so inportant... thanks.I am looking for a language translator.?
