Need a language translator?

i need a language translator software, which doesn't require internet .

I mostly need the software to translate from English-German-English . and some other foreign languages.Need a language translator?
to best of my knowledge, there is no good stand alone translation program english/german/english - i did try several, and beside basic translation they will not do anything good! they do not have vocabulary, they do not understand colloquialisms either. grammar is alien science for these programs as well...
lol English to German and then back to English? when you get sick of German? and Google translate might help but I don't think it's the best but all I know of.Need a language translator?
There is no such thing as a translating machine, and unless we completely adapt our languages to machines, eliminating synonyms, homonyms, idiom, etc... there will never beNeed a language translator?
I was using Handy Translator but it needed internet connection.
